gel eyeliner is waterproof?
available at Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, or similar drug? I am looking for waterproof or just water, and want to know if anyone has had luck with waterproof or water resistant liners frost. I have never tried gel eyeliners, but I heard very good comments. I need water resistant as I am a waiter and the need to be able to resist moisture and can also wipe / spot. Thank you thank you very similar. Unfortunately, I'm looking for something more affordable. After rent and bills and insurance, it is difficult for me to rationalize spending more than $ 20 in the eye.
No idea gel liners! However, the decline in urban-Glide is water-resistant coating and comes in a variety of colors very well and I can get in the pool and stays! By Of course you can succeed in the boots, but I'm not sure where else can buy. Hope this helps:)
